Common questions.

Founder-led brands, typically in DTC, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, hospitality, and consumer health. Usually somewhere between $1M and $50M in revenue — big enough to have real marketing challenges, small enough that the founder is still in the room. I also work with founders who are the brand themselves.

A fractional CMO is usually focused on execution and team management. I do that too, but what I'm really built for is the moment before — when something is quietly broken and nobody's named it yet. I come in, I assess, I tell you the truth, and I help you build a path forward. Sometimes that leads to an ongoing engagement. Sometimes one conversation changes everything.

Yes. I've worked in healthcare, hospitality, B2B, and with individual creators building businesses around their personal brand. The through line isn't the category — it's founder-led, high-stakes, and needing someone who will say the thing out loud.

Two to three weeks of close work. I look at everything — your brand positioning, your marketing stack, your agency relationships, your team structure, your creative, your competitive landscape. I talk to the people involved. I come back with a clear assessment of what's working, what isn't, and a prioritized action plan. We walk through it together in one working session.
